🚚 Delivery Policy

• We deliver products all over Bangladesh.
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Delivery usually takes:
  • Dhaka: 1–2 business days
  • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days
• Delivery times may vary during public holidays, natural disasters, or courier delays.
• Customers will receive order updates via phone or SMS whenever applicable.

💰 Delivery Charge

• Inside Dhaka: As applicable at checkout.
• Outside Dhaka: Based on courier charges and delivery location.
• Delivery charges are displayed during checkout before payment.

🔄 Return & Replacement Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority.

You may request a return or replacement if:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive the wrong product.
• The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Return Conditions

• The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices must be included.

❌ Returns Will Not Be Accepted If

• The product has been physically damaged by the customer.
• The product has been used improperly.
• Original packaging or accessories are missing.
• Software, digital products, or license keys have already been activated.

💳 Refund Policy

• If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
• Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by Micro Gates BD.
